On-line Registration is now closed, July 10. Registrations can be faxed or you can register on site.
Congress Secretariat Registration FeesThe fees below are listed in Canadian dollars.
* Student is defined as a full-time student at a recognized institution. A letter from your department head is required as proof of your status. EntitlementsRegistered regular participants and students are entitled to attend the Welcoming Reception, all scientific sessions, the exhibits and to receive a copy of the Program and CD of Abstracts. Registered accompanying persons are entitled to attend the Welcoming Reception, Tourist Information session and a Montréal City Tour. Official ReceiptsAn official receipt will be sent to those who have forwarded their payment and registration form. The receipt must be presented at the registration desk in order to receive the registration package. Receipts will not be sent after June 22, 2007. After this date receipts will be held and given to delegates upon their arrival. Cancellation and Refund PolicyParticipants may withdraw their registration in writing prior to July 3, 2007. All refunds are subject to a $150 CAD administration fee. Registration DeskThe Registration Desk will be located on Level 5 of the Palais des congrès de Montréal and will be open as follows:
Name BadgesAll Congress registrants are required to wear their name badge in order to gain entry to the scientific sessions and to the exhibition. Meals and RefreshmentsLight breakfasts consisting of an assortment of muffins, croissants, and coffee can be purchased from the snack bar at the Viger entrance at the Palais des congrès. From Monday to Wednesday, lunch can be purchased in Exhibition Hall and in the restaurant on Level 7. On Thursday, snacks can be purchased only at the Viger entrance snack bar.
