On-line Registration is now closed, July 10.
Please register on-site this Saturday, July 14 from 14:00 – 18:00.

Registrations can be faxed or you can register on site.

You can make your payment by cheque or credit card (only Visa, MasterCard and American Express are accepted). Each conference participant must complete a Registration Form and forward it with payment in Canadian funds made payable to the Receiver General for Canada (ICT 2007) at:

Registration Fees

The fees below are listed in Canadian dollars.

* Student is defined as a full-time student at a recognized institution. A letter from your department head is required as proof of your status.

Entitlements

Registered regular participants and students are entitled to attend the Welcoming Reception, all scientific sessions, the exhibits and to receive a copy of the Program and CD of Abstracts. Registered accompanying persons are entitled to attend the Welcoming Reception, Tourist Information session and a Montréal City Tour.

Official Receipts

An official receipt will be sent to those who have forwarded their payment and registration form. The receipt must be presented at the registration desk in order to receive the registration package. Receipts will not be sent after June 22, 2007. After this date receipts will be held and given to delegates upon their arrival.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Participants may withdraw their registration in writing prior to July 3, 2007. All refunds are subject to a $150 CAD administration fee.

The Registration Desk will be located on Level 5 of the Palais des congrès de Montréal and will be open as follows:

Name Badges

All Congress registrants are required to wear their name badge in order to gain entry to the scientific sessions and to the exhibition.

Meals and Refreshments

Light breakfasts consisting of an assortment of muffins, croissants, and coffee can be purchased from the snack bar at the Viger entrance at the Palais des congrès. From Monday to Wednesday, lunch can be purchased in Exhibition Hall and in the restaurant on Level 7. On Thursday, snacks can be purchased only at the Viger entrance snack bar.
